As Head of Integrations at Alkemi Network your role will focus on the successful expansion of the Alkemi Network ecosystem, with a day to day focus on customer prospecting, existing stakeholder management, overseeing integration partnerships, and industry research/product analytics. This role is unique as it will offer exposure to both sides of the fast growing digital asset industry (cefi & defi) while allowing for responsibility over a number of increasingly important business areas for the Alkemi Network. The ideal candidate has a business/growth mindset but is comfortable working with technically minded team members and stakeholders.


Reporting to the CSO, your objective will be to oversee integrations between Alkemi Network and external partners seeking to plug into our suite of products while owning the customer journey/sales cycle with prospective and existing users. Candidates will need three core competencies to be successful in this role: 1) Strong financial literacy across market segments, including traditional capital markets and decentralized finance; 2) Experience owning the technical aspect of strategic business initiatives; and 3) A revenue mindset with a focus on customer and stakeholder long term satisfaction.


The ideal candidate should be well-versed in capital markets and credit risk with a rapidly growing knowledge base of DeFi products and services in the blockchain world and will already have spent some time working with blockchain networks and DeFi applications, whether commercially successful or not. Our team is seeking a quantitatively-minded individual with a mature interest in decentralized applications and one who possesses high conviction that DeFi is the future of capital markets.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead partnership integrations between Alkemi Network and prospective ‘CeDeFi’ liquidity bridges, with a focus on strategic design and end-to-end execution
  • Drive the Revenue and Partner Pipeline and coordinate the current and planned integrations with the other teams internally
  • Regularly work with our Head of Ecosystem to drive and execute growth strategies across token adoption, network liquidity, and user growth
  • Be a product expert within the Alkemi Network team with the ability to lead and onboard new business for Alkemi Network’s suit of products
  • Collect customer feedback, feature requests, and bug reports to inform product development roadmap
  • Collaborate effectively with tech, business, and engagement teams to ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely manner
  • Responsible for continuous scanning of emergent DeFi and crypto markets to identify relevant information and trends to help Alkemi Network stay competitive in the market
  • Maintaining KPI data segmented by clients, products and regions - working closely with the marketing/engagement team to optimize conversions, marketing spend, and identify new opportunities
  • Support the Head of Ecosystem with collection of performance metrics and provide weekly and monthly reports for ongoing stakeholder and community updates



  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a bias towards customer service.
  • Former trading experience and deep knowledge of capital markets are highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communications.
  • Ability to work directly with customers and across functions to solve problems and achieve results.
  • Attention to detail and processes.
  • Proven organizational skills (e.g. time management, multi-tasking, to-do list management, scheduling, etc.)
  • Comfortable working independently under limited supervision in a rapidly growing industry and company environment
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success or relevant functions
  • Strong ambition to grow expertise in crypto is preferred
